Who we are, who leads the work and where to check our track record.
Optihole is an SEO and AI SEO agency founded in 2023 by CEO Ekram Hossen. We help businesses grow on Google and in AI search, including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Gemini, with strategies built around revenue, not just rankings. You can read our full story on the About Optihole page.
Optihole is founder-led. Ekram Hossen started working in SEO in 2021 and still leads our SEO strategy, so the people who plan your SEO are the people who do it. He works with a team of SEO specialists, an SEO project manager, a WordPress developer and an ads specialist.
Optihole has served 210+ clients in 45+ countries and, together with Ekram, the team has completed 800+ SEO projects. You can see examples of that work in our SEO case studies.
Our Optihole reviews page collects verified reviews from the public Fiverr and Upwork profiles of our founder, Ekram Hossen, quoted word for word. To protect client privacy, each review shows the client’s country instead of their platform username.
We optimize for classic Google results and AI search together, because both rest on the same foundations. We test what works instead of following trends blindly, and we judge success by qualified traffic, leads and growth, not rankings alone. We also avoid short-term tricks that put your site at risk.
What we offer, how a project runs and the kinds of websites we work on.
Our services fall into five groups: Growth (keyword research, on-page, technical, content and local SEO), Authority (link building and digital PR), Recovery (audits, penalty recovery and migrations), AI Visibility (GEO, AEO and AI search) and Scale (enterprise, international and white label SEO). Most websites need a mix, not everything at once. See the full list on our SEO services page.
Every project follows five steps: a free audit and goals call, research into keywords, intent and competitors, a prioritised roadmap, implementation, and then reporting and refining. You always know what we are working on and why.
Yes. We follow Google Search Essentials and Google’s spam policies, and we avoid shortcuts that could get a site penalised. Every link we pursue has to make sense for the reader of the page it sits on.
We work with law firms, healthcare, real estate, ecommerce, SaaS, finance, local service businesses and many other industries. On the technical side we work inside WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow, Squarespace, BigCommerce, Magento and other platforms, plus Amazon and eBay listings.
Yes. Our recovery work starts with an SEO audit that checks technical health, indexing, content, backlinks and your Search Console data to find the cause, and we also handle manual actions and reconsideration requests. Our guide to signs you need technical SEO help covers common causes.
Yes. Local SEO covers your Google Business Profile, local pages, citations and reviews so nearby customers find you in Maps and local results. For newer or smaller sites we build a budget-aware plan that fixes the basics first. Start with our explainer on what local SEO is.
How we approach Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini.
AEO (answer engine optimization) makes your content easy for search engines and AI assistants to use as a direct answer. GEO (generative engine optimization) shapes your content and brand signals so generative engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity can understand, quote and cite your business accurately.
No. Google says the best practices for SEO remain relevant for AI features like AI Overviews and AI Mode, with no special optimizations required. That is why our AI search work is built on solid SEO: indexable, well-structured pages, helpful content and a clear brand entity.
No. No one can control what an AI tool says or which sources it cites. What we can do is improve the signals these tools rely on: strong pages, accurate facts about your business across the web and mentions on trusted websites.
It looks at how AI tools describe your brand today, the questions where you are missing from their answers and which sources they lean on instead. The findings become a plan for the content, entity and authority work that matters most.
Not for Google. Google states that you don’t need new machine-readable files, AI text files or special schema to appear in its AI features; a page must simply be indexed and eligible to show with a snippet. We focus on those fundamentals and on structured data that matches what is visible on the page.
How quotes work and what is agreed before any work starts.
We don’t publish a fixed price list, because the right budget depends on your website, your competition and your goals. We quote after a free audit, so you see a clear scope and price before any work starts. For general market ranges, read how much Shopify SEO costs.
Yes. Send us your website through our contact page and we will review it with no obligation and tell you, in plain language, what is holding it back and what to fix first.
No. Most websites need a mix of services rather than everything at once, so we start with the audit and choose the services that solve your biggest problem first. That way you only pay for work that addresses a real issue on your site.
Yes. Our Small Business & Startup SEO service is a focused, budget-aware plan that fixes the basics first and targets keywords a newer website can realistically win. The contact form asks for your budget in US dollars so we can shape the scope around it.
Before any work starts you receive a roadmap of what we will fix first, which services you need and what to expect along the way, together with a clear scope and price. If any term is unclear, ask us and we will explain it before you commit.
Realistic timelines, how we measure success and what our reports show.
SEO is a long-term channel. Google’s SEO Starter Guide notes that some changes take effect in a few hours while others can take several months. Technical fixes often show sooner, while new content and competitive keywords usually take months, and we tell you upfront what is realistic for your site.
No. Google itself states that no one can guarantee a #1 ranking and warns against anyone who claims to. We commit to a clear plan, careful work and honest reporting on the results.
We look beyond rankings. Depending on your goals we track organic traffic, keyword visibility, impressions, clicks, conversions and qualified leads. Visits from Google AI Overviews and AI Mode are included in Search Console’s Performance report, so they are part of the same picture.
Reports cover your rankings, traffic and leads, and they also show what we changed, why we changed it and what it did. We then adjust the plan based on what the data shows.
Examples from our case studies include +280% organic traffic for the ecommerce brand Paleo Tiger, +1,300% qualified leads for the law firm A Fresh Start Law and +56K organic clicks for the publisher NY Angler. Every site is different, so past results are examples, not a promise of the same outcome.
Communication, time zones and working with clients worldwide.
Yes. We have worked most with clients in the USA, Europe, Canada and Australia, and we serve businesses in 45+ countries, so we are open to working with any country. For each market we research local search results, language and competitors instead of reusing one plan everywhere.
You can send project details through our contact form, message Ekram on WhatsApp from the chat button on our site, or book a 30-minute strategy call. Throughout the project you get clear explanations of what we are working on and why.
Every project is run remotely, with clients in 45+ countries, so your location is never a barrier. Strategy calls are booked through Calendly, which shows available times in your own time zone, and day-to-day questions can be handled by message.
For the free audit, your website address is enough. If you choose to share Search Console at the audit stage, Google recommends giving read access only. Any further access depends on the agreed scope, and we always tell you what we changed.
Yes. Through our Agency White Label SEO service we deliver SEO under your agency’s brand, from audits to monthly reports, so you can offer it to your own clients.
Share your website URL, the services you are interested in, your budget and a short description of your goals on the contact page. The more we know about your business and competitors, the more useful our first review will be.
Tell us about your website and goals. We will review it for free and show you what to fix first to grow your traffic from Google and AI search.
